About this item
- Protective Mesh Structure The innovative open honeycomb design prevents heat buildup to protect the workpiece surface. Compared to wire brushes, these strip discs remove coatings with low sparking while they maintain the original shape without altering the substrate.
- Durability and precision Our stripping discs are maded of nylon silicon carbide material, combined with strong glass fiber substrate, high-strength, high-wear-resistant grinding wheel processed by special process, which does not damage the surface of the object, uniform grinding force, less peeling, low grinding sound, and less dust.
- Universal Compatibility Standard 4-1/2 inch diameter and 7/8 inch arbor size ensure a perfect fit for most angle grinders. These high performance paint eaters support a maximum speed of 11,000 RPM to provide safe and reliable operation for industrial and home DIY projects
- Extensive Applications These stripping wheels effortlessly remove rust paint weld spatter and oxidation including stubborn adhesives and scale. They work effectively on metal wood and fiberglass to handle deburring surface preparation and industrial polishing tasks. This combination allows users to refine welds or perform fine surface prep for optimal coating adhesion with precision
