About this item
- 19-Gauge Galvanized Steel — Commercial-Building GradeA fully enclosed steel building engineered for commercial duty. 19-gauge galvanized frame is 50% thicker than budget shelters, with reinforced trusses every 5 ft. Baked-on powder coating resists rust, corrosion, and scratches. No more replacing fabric covers — this is built to stand for decades.
- Fully Enclosed Steel Panels — Complete All-Weather ProtectionTotal steel enclosure delivers 360° protection that open carports can't match. Shields against snow, ice, rain, hail, wind debris, UV rays, bird droppings, dust, and pests. UPF 50+ rated. Your investments stay clean, dry, and secure year-round.
- 30 PSF Snow Load — Engineered for Severe Climates30 PSF snow load rating supports up to 7,200 lbs of snow across 800 sq. ft. Heavy-gauge posts and reinforced trusses distribute heavy loads. Peaked roof promotes natural shedding. Enclosed walls prevent snow drift inside. **Heavy-duty expansion bolt anchoring required.
- 20x40 FT Expansive Interior — 4-6 Vehicles + Workshop + Storage800 sq. ft. of fully enclosed flexible space. Comfortably fits 4-6 vehicles, or a mix of cars, boats, heavy equipment, and storage — with room to work. Perfect for commercial fleets, farm equipment, construction machinery, or inventory storage.
- 10-Year Warranty & Professional After-Sales SupportWe offer a 10-year warranty.
- Pre-Drilled Precision Engineering — Streamlined AssemblyEvery tube and panel comes factory-pre-drilled for clean bolt-together construction — no drilling, cutting, or welding on-site. Industrial-grade hardware and heavy-duty anchoring kit included. 3-4 person crew can assemble in 1-2 days.
- Kind TipsBuilding code requirements vary by location, especially for larger structures. Check with your local building department before purchasing. For commercial installations and extreme weather zones, we recommend professional site evaluation and installation.
