About this item
- Unique Galvanized FrameThe metal carport features a fully galvanized frame, giving it a distinctive silver appearance. Galvanized frames offer superior resistance to corrosion and provide a stronger surface, eliminating concerns about peeling or scratching common with powder-coated frames
- Superior Pipe-Shrinkage ProcessEach joint of the metal carport frame undergoes a pipe-shrinkage process. The original steel tubes are pressed under high pressure to form small-size wave tubes, enhancing resistance to bending. This process significantly strengthens the weakest joints of the frame, ensuring greater stability
- All-Weather ProtectionConstructed with heavy-duty alloy steel, the carport boasts galvanized frame and waterproof roof, shield your vehicle from harsh weather conditions such as scorching sun, hail and snowstorms. It is spacious enough to accommodate cars, trucks, tractors or boats, and serves as a carport canopy as well as a shelter for outdoor activities. Wind Rating: 100 MPH; Snow Load Capacity: 35 PSF
- Larger Roof SpaceThe heightened roof of the metal carport provides expanded storage capacity and accommodates taller and wider vehicles or equipment. Additionally, the flatter roof design reduces lateral wind exposure, enhancing wind resistance and extending the structure's service life, especially in windy areas
- More Upgraded FeaturesSafety eaves are installed at the front and rear of the carport, enhancing both aesthetics and roof safety. The carport base is reinforced with anchor bolts and thick steel plates, securely linking it to the ground. Waterproof plugs are fitted to the tubes frame to minimize ground water penetration
- 24/7 Customer ServiceDetailed installation instructions is included, and each part is labelled for easy assembly. Moreover, the package includes two pairs of installation gloves and a practical tool for applying waterproof tape.
