- ApplicationThe 68500 Manifold Drill Template is designed to remove broken exhaust manifold studs on 4.6L, 5.4L and 6.8L V10 2 valve and 3 valve Ford Triton engines without damaging the cylinder head.
- FunctionInterchangeable plates and alignment pins help center drill on the broken stud. Depth gauge for drilling is marked on the template. The stud extractor is then used to remove the broken stud.
- Package Includes base plate, valve adapters, double-ended drill bit, allignment pins and stud extractor.

If it's not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, and Road & Rim will email you return instructions. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging. There is no restocking fee. Depending on the item's packaged size and weight and how it needs to be collected, a change-of-mind return may have a return shipping or pickup cost. We only deduct the actual cost: we tell you the exact amount and get your OK before arranging a paid return, and if there is no cost, nothing is deducted. Returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are free.
